5. Villas at Villa Del Lago - Experience a luxurious lifestyle at a perfect location, Villas at Villa Del Lago will also be built by Standard Pacific Homes.

6.  La Esquina - Maracay Homes will be building 79 new homes on the 15 acres of real estate that is located on the NW corner of Gilbert and Ocotillo road.
