The Farnsworth project was unanimously approved by Mesa city Council on May 19 which will rezone the Dreamland Villa Golf Course real estate and converted into a new home community.

Neighboring the Dreamland Villa Golf Course and Velda Rose subdivisions, Farnsworth homes in Mesa AZ will be located on the southeast corner of University Drive and 56th St.

These new homes for sale will be replacing the recently closed nine-hole Dreamland Villa Golf Course.

The landowner who sold the golf course was Dreamland Golf Limited Partnership.

These will be large two-story homes built on 32 acres of highly desirable real estate.

This community will feature many dedicated open spaces that will be provided at several locations around the neighborhood, with Park openings to the street and safe and spacious walking trails.

Amenities will include a community pool, a children's playground, large grass areas for field sports and outdoor dining seating options.

These homes will be in the garden court configuration style which will feature six homes that will front onto a shared landscape courtyard which provide easy access to the homes. All landscaping we maintained by HOA, providing a lush and pleasant look.
