New Home Developments Soar in Phoenix While Economic Real Estate Recovery Remains Strong

The economic and real estate recovery in Phoenix and many other major metropolitan areas in the USA remain steady and strong, according to latest trends in 2014.

There continues to be major momentum in terms of growth and expansion in major markets with favorable demographics, that are free market friendly with access to growing technology sectors.

A recent survey done in 2013 shows an expressed desire of respondents to move to secondary markets near metropolitan-areas.

For example, you want to be near the fast growing technology opportunities in Phoenix Arizona?  You have many great cities to choose from that are within a brisk drive to downtown, like Chandler and Gilbert.

in 2014 we are seeing this trend becoming a reality.  More and more people are moving near big markets to their sister neighbors.

And because this is where the demand for housing is, it’s where America’s biggest home builders are going to build and development new communities.

For example in Chandler, KB Home is developing Fire Rock Ranch.  Ryland Homes is developing La Valenciana.  Meritage Homes is developing Santa Maria.  Standard Pacific Homes is developing Villas at Villa Del Lago.

As you can see right here, just a small sample size, but four different major home builders each building new communities at the same time in Chandler, AZ.

And the same is being repeated in Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, Scottsdale.

So in big markets with tremendous potential for growth like Phoenix continue to grow vibrant and cost-attractive secondary markets nearby, investors will continue to put their money into these projects and momentum will continue to rise.

Things are looking up in the Phoenix real estate scene and it’s only just beginning.
